Cost of a Vasectomy
Payment Options
Our Vasectomies cost $620.
We do not file insurance claims but will provide receipts and procedure notes for you to submit for reimbursement. If you book an appointment or consult online, a $50 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking for the consult that will be applied to total price if you do decide to go forward with the procedure.
Our rate includes a consult appointment that is required if you would like the doctor to prescribe pre-procedure anti-anxiety medication. This can be scheduled in person or by telehealth. If you do not want or need anti-anxiety medication, the consult is not required for the procedure.
This price also includes us being on-call for you and a post vasectomy semen analysis that is required 12 weeks after the procedure to confirm that it was successful.
We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. If you have a Health Savings Account (HSA) you may use that as well.

Options for Uninsured Men
No insurance and worried about the cost of vasectomy? You have two options:
1. The South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (SC DHEC)
offers Vasectomy though the Title X Reproductive Health Program. You can find
more information at the link below.

2. Choose Well is a contraceptive access initiative of the New Morning Foundation.
