Dr. Delfino earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland in 2000; his MBA in Healthcare Policy and Management from Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts, in 2004; his MD from Tulane University School of Medicine in 2010; and completed his Family Medicine Residency at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in 2013.
He previously served as a Project Assistant, Project Coordinator, and Project Manager for Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that time, he worked as Recruitment Director for the New Teacher Project in New Orleans in 2003, as Mathematics Consultant in New Orleans Public Schools from 2002 to 2003, and as an Educator for Teach America in New Orleans Public Schools from 2000 to 2002. Dr. Delfino served as Chief Medical Officer for ReGenesis Health Care (a Federally Qualified Community Health Center) from 2015-2022 after serving as a staff physician beginning in 2013.
Dr. Delfino has earned numerous awards including the 2019 Champion of Practice Transformation given by the South Carolina Primary Healthcare Association for his work in establishing a state-wide vasectomy program. He is currently affiliated with the American Academy of Family Physicians and the South Carolina Academy of Family Physicians. He specializes in gentle, affordable vasectomy procedures utilizing a No-Needle, No-Scalpel technique. Because Dr. Delfino focuses entirely on vasectomy in his practice, his patients receive an extremely effective procedure in a professional and soothing setting and are able to recover and return to normal activity quickly.
Kelsey earned her Licensed Practical Nursing diploma from the Cherokee Technology Center in 2013. She has provided skilled care to patients in many settings including long term care, correctional facilities, and primary care.
Most recently, Kelsey served as the team lead nurse at the Gaffney office of ReGenesis Health Care (a Federally Qualified Community Health Center) from 2017-2022. During her time at ReGenesis she was also the Choose Well Coordinator. In this role, she supported the goal of preventing unintended pregnancies by ensuring access to contraceptive care for both men and women.
Kelsey coordinated a vasectomy program since 2018- her work led to the receipt of the 2019 Champion of Practice Transformation award given by the South Carolina Primary Healthcare Association for establishing a state-wide vasectomy program. At My Vasectomy Doc, Kelsey assists with gentle, affordable vasectomy procedures utilizing a No-Needle, No-Scalpel technique. Because she focuses entirely on vasectomy her patients receive an extremely effective procedure in a professional and soothing setting and are able to recover and return to normal activity quickly.
At My Vasectomy Doc, we provide Vasectomy services to men age 21 years and older that have made the decision they do not want to have more children.
